Vikas KakkarFounder & CEO
Vikas has global experience in Business and Strategy. Long before jumping into his venture, he has held senior leadership roles in many organizations in the telecommunication domain. He has a knack for establishing and developing profitable businesses from scratch, as he has demonstrated in his previous stint with Knowlarity Communications. He has received many business awards including PIIH, USA. He has also worked as a consultant with many startups to streamline their business operations. Vikas received B.Tech. in Information Technology from UPTU in 2006
Shubham PatlaniPartner Technology
Shubham is a technology specialist who brings years of experience in IT sector. Finding his passion for creating something new always, he has been an integral part of various startups handholding the core development as a full stack engineer. As a partner technology at hireXP, he is bringing cutting-edge technologies to the front end of the tool. He also has interest in Internet of things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). He has received B.Tech. in Computer Science from The Technological Institute of Textile and Sciences.
Akshay NandaPartner Technology
He is a technology geek who wants to be counted amongst the best software developers in the world. With expertise in Python, JAVA, and Database, he also wishes to become a good solution architect. Before he joined hireXP, he has known Vikas at a professional capacity. He loves the flexibility and independence that the start-up offers. He has received B.Tech. in Computer Science from The Technological Institute of Textile and Sciences.

Ambarish Narayan GuptaAdvisor
Ambarish is founder of Knowlarity - the pioneer of Cloud Telephony products for SME in emerging markets. Ambarish worked as Strategy Consultant with McKinsey & Company, USA for Fortune 50 clients in Banking, Insurance and IT industry. Earlier, he was a Systems Engineer in US, Germany and Australia. Ambarish received MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, USA in 2007 and B.Tech. in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur in 2000.
She brings very diverse international experience from working on multiple projects with leading investment banks in U.K. and Canada up to mentoring early stage startups in India on building their business strategy and operations. At the moment she is heading global operations for Knowlarity Communications - leading Indian cloud communication company and expanding its presence in MEA and APAC regions. Marina received her MBA from INSEAD and MSc Banking & Finance from the university of Leeds.
She has vast experience in strategically maneuvering and impacting Talent Brands of Fortune 500 companies. She has worked with Ernst & Young, Sapient and Apollo Munich Health Insurance in niche HR portfolios like Employer Branding. She holds a Masters in Human Resource from Delhi School of Economics.
